About Mid Essex
Recovery College

We deliver a comprehensive range of free workshops and courses, that cover practical and creative topics, to support your mental health recovery. We provide a safe space for you to learn new skills or expand your existing skills.

Co-production

All our courses are designed and delivered by people who have lived experience of mental health challenges, and professional experience of working within mental health services. This method of developing and delivering courses is called co-production.

We are committed to co-producing our courses, if you would like to get involved or want to suggest new topics or venues, please get in touch!

If you want to be more involved and co-produce courses with us, get in touch!
